My first tried recipe in this book was Page 44, Italian chicken, tomato, pumpkin and mozzarella bake. The flavours were delicious, however the chicken was not cooked through although the instructions followed and checked twice. Is there a mistake with this recipe ? I had to microwave the chicken breasts in the end to cook them enough. I’d love to have Nadia’s comments on this problem, can’t find an email address.
