Marvellous Marvin

This is my debut children’s book, about my cheeky chick Marvin whom I (unexpectedly) hatched in Winter 2020. All of my author royalties go to charities HUHA (Helping You Help Animals) and Garden to Table, a charitable trust that teaches children how to grow, harvest and cook good food in primary schools.

One night on Nadia Lim’s Central Otago farm a little chick hatches out of its egg …“My, oh my, you’re MARVELLOUS!” Mama whispers happily. “Welcome Marvellous Marvin, to our little family.” This adorable picture book, inspired by a true story, includes family photos, egg-citing farm and food facts and a collectable Nadia Lim fluffy pancakes recipe.

Full colour, 32 pages, aimed at 3-7 year olds. Beautifully illustrated by one of New Zealand’s top children’s illustrators, Fifi Colston and published by Scholastic.
