Historically I have bought a lot of cook books, but recently I had a clean out and sent 50% to the op shop. Your Good Food Cook Book though – that is a completely different story! I use it about twice a week. Baked unpeeled Kumara have become a staple diet go to for many of our meals, and I love the Asian flavours that you have introduced our family to. I was raving to my sister in law recently and she said she had your Nadia’s Kitchen Cookbook, so we decided to swap and see if there was any recipes that took our fancy. After using pretty much a whole post it note book marking different pages – I’ve decided I’m just going to have to buy that one as well!

I made the Southeast Asian chicken, potato and bean curry last week and it was so delicious and gave us enough for two meals. Nadia’s recipes are colourful with lovely modern flavours; they are easy to cook and they always work! Each recipe includes her trademark nutritional analyses and is beautifully photographed by Tamara West.
Nadia draws on her background as a dietitian and nutritionist and suggests Healthy Day Menus so that you can plan out your day’s eating and achieve a balanced diet. There are gluten-free, dairy free and vegetarian recipes as well as advice as to which recipes freeze well.

Awesome tasty food
Love all of Nadia’s Cookbooks, we cook from them most nights. Have only cooked a handful of recipes so far and the food is delicious. Would hands down say Nadia has the best cookbooks in NZ!
