YUM! is for anyone who wants to feed the family nutritious, delicious food.
One of the best feelings you can have as a parent is when your child gobbles up a meal you’ve cooked for them, especially when you know it’s chockfull of good stuff. But any parent knows that this doesn’t happen every time. Getting your child to love food (and I mean, good wholesome food) is not always easy. That’s where I hope YUM! comes in handy. With over 100 parent- and child-tested recipes, and practical, down-to-earth tips and discussions about starting solids, fussy eating, food allergies and more, it will become the go-to for families.

Absolutely outstanding recipe book. I have used this so many times since purchasing it and the recipes are no fail and super delicious. My toddler has loved every meal and the meals are packed full of nutritional goodness! A must buy!

I bought this recipe book (my third Nadia Lim book) and disappointed at what feels like a rushed editing job. Index refers at least twice to “fruity weet bix muffins” there is no recipe for, the apricot chicken casserole lists a cook time of 30 mins when it’s actually 1.5-2.5 hours. Some recipes talk about freezing potential and others not. And there’s that nasty surprise of only mentioning at the very end of the recipe what it should be served with so you can get caught out if not reading thoroughly. I hoped for more dinner content that could be clearly adapted for babies rather than having to make multiple dinners but this isn’t clear. There’s some nice looking stuff but overall I’m feeling disappointed at the (not inexpensive) purchase – I think its usability could’ve been massively improved with better editing.

YUM! I have used this so many times for family meals, and snacks for my toddler. Great to have options to adapt for dietary requirements too. One of my favourite cook books at the moment.
