Let’s Eat!

Let’s eat! contains over 100 of my favourite recipes that I cook over and over again for friends and family, including everyday healthy meals and baking, and more indulgent ‘special occasion’ dishes.

You’re guaranteed plenty of happy cooking and eating with the likes of Pumpkin pie pancakes, my Malaysian Chicken rendang and Satay, comforting meatball and chicken bakes, Jelly-tipped ice creams, Bountiful bars, Black Forest Eton mess, and a whole section of delicious colourful salads and healthier baking. There’s no fancy, hard-to-find ingredients or tricky techniques, just recipes that will make you feel proud as punch when you bring it to the table.

Recipes are divided into Breakfast + Brunch, Lunch + Dinner, Super Salads, Sides and Nibbly things, Not-too-naughty (healthier baking and treats), and Sweet Treats.

All recipes have nutrition analyses and lots of gluten and dairy free options.

Let’s Eat! is set to be my best book I’ve ever created and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Hi Nadia, I’m loving your new cookbook, I think this one is your best yet! It’s definitely on the Christmas gift list for all my family. The pumpkin and carrot butter chicken is a favourite with the kids – what a great way to get them to eat their vegetables! Keep up the awesome recipes!

Dear Nadia!! My husband and I are very recent fans of your!! My sister cooked us a couple of recipes and then we tried two salads from your website – loved them all!! So yum!! So we decided to splash out and buy your recent release Let’s eat! We are loving the book, we’ve made the Haloumi and vegetable saagwala, Roast roots, bacon, walnut and orange salad, Pistachio-crumbed chicken schnitzel and the Munchy muesli bars this week – loved them all!!!

While walking my dogs (through the vineyards here in a very cold Germany) I listened to you talking about Roasted Lamb [from Let’s eat!] on Jessie Mulligan’s Radio podcast. I followed your recipe to the T. I used frozen New Zealand lamb, defrosted it yesterday, marinaded it throughout the night and cooked it today. It’s the best roasted lamb result I’ve ever had! The whole family devoured it. So I just want to say a huge thank you and it’s definitely a winner.

Thank you Nadia for providing a recipe that my teenage boys have raved about. After receiving your Let’s Eat cookbook for Christmas and have been making delicious recipes for my family. Tonight’s creation was chipotle charred chicken with your grilled peach, crispy bacon and halloumi salad. They were the most amazing taste sensations I have had. I got your Let’s Eat book for xmas and have been working my way through the delicious recipes – what a treat it has been. Just made the meatball bake and yummmmmo – my taste test may have just turned Into a very early dinner, as it was so delicious!

Made your pumpkin and carrot butter chicken from Let’s eat! last night and have to tell you it was a massive hit with my 11 month old! I have never seen him eat so much in one sitting, I had to fill his bowl three times and he finished off his big brother’s too

I just wanted to let you know how amazing Let’s Eat, is! When I first picked up your cookbook, I knew it was a bit of me – lots of Asian and Mexican food! Since then I’ve made so many dishes from your cookbook, that I now use it as the basis of planning all my meals. Your mexican beef with the rice and beans, guacamole and jalapeno salsa has become my go to when friends come to stay. The Mexican street corn is now a staple in our house. The cheesy beany veggie quesadillas with the jalapeno jam (which is next level!) won over my hard-core-carnivorous husband and I have to admit were so good, I ate the leftovers the next day for breakfast. Then tonight I made your Dad’s Nasi Lemak and it was sooo good and authentic that it bought back awesome memories of travelling in Malaysia and Singapore. We’ve tried many more of your recipes, but these are our favs so far…. Thanks so much for such a great cookbook – you’ve made me (one very busy working mum who loves to cook) and my family massively happy!

Some notes on your delivery

  • Courier cost within New Zealand is $9 flat fee and delivery is within 2-3 working days.
  • All books are personally signed by me
  • Books can only be delivered within New Zealand sorry. If you are overseas and would like to order a book, I suggest ordering from Mighty Ape or Fishpond (however note that the books will not be signed as these are different retailers). If you’re in Australia, my books can be found in some good book stores, however your local bookshop can order in any of my books at no cost for you if you ask them too (as all my books are warehoused in Australia).
