This book has become my bible. I received this book from my mother for Christmas and once I started reading I couldn’t wait to get started. The recipes are so easy and use normal pantry items. If you don’t have something you can easily substitute for something similar or find it at the supermarket. The food is delicious! I take some time to organize my meals for the week, spend some relaxing time in the kitchen making things I can freeze or have ready prepared to pull out for breakfast and lunch then enjoy cooking a beautiful dinner each night. I cant wait to get up in the morning and follow the workouts that make you feel amazing for the rest of the day. You can start on which ever program suits your fitness and the exercises are challenging but enjoyable and you don’t need any fancy equipment which is great for me as we don’t have much room. Thanks Nadia for putting this book together, the food is AMAZING! the exercise makes me feel alive and I am starting to see results as a bonus!
