I love your new book Vegful! Purchased it about a week ago after seeing a friend’s book and taking it out of the library! I have already cooked two recipes from it … Raw Vege Pilav and the Mexican Stuffed Kumaras. Delicious!! Everyone I have served the Vege Pilav too have asked for the recipe. I can’t wait to cook more of the recipes. Also gave it as a Christmas/Birthday present already.
