Notes

The snowballs can be made in bulk quantities, so you can make enough gifts for everyone in no time! They make the perfect little gift packaged up in a little box with ribbon tied around. They are so yummy and moreish, but they’re gluten-free, refined sugar-free and dairy-free, so you don’t even have to feel guilty about treating yourself! If you wanted to so something extra-special, you could also make these hazelnut chocolate truffles and give people a mixture of each!
