Toasted sesame and rosemary salt popcorn

Who doesn’t love popcorn?! I love getting creative with flavours, like this toasted sesame and rosemary salt popcorn. It’s perfect for entertaining friends or for a movie night.

This popcorn recipe would also make for a great healthy snack to bring to work in a ziplock bag.

Ingredients

  • black and white sesame seeds 1 tablespoon of each
  • celery salt  2 teaspoons
  • rosemary freshly chopped
  • freshly popped corn  4 cups
  • melted butter 50 grams

Method

  1. Make a savoury salt by toasting black and white sesame seeds until golden. Mix with celery salt and some freshly chopped rosemary.
  2. Toss freshly popped corn with melted butter and sprinkle over the seed mix.
