Tamarillo, Berry, Vanilla and Yoghurt Smoothie
This sweet, tangy, creamy smoothie is a perfect afternoon snack as well as being oh-so pretty and equally refreshing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2-3 tamarillos flesh
- 1 1/4 cup runny natural yoghurt if your yoghurt is really thick, thin it out with a little water
- 2-3 teaspoons runny honey to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Notes
Tamarillo are also known as tree tomatoes, and are in season in the winter months.
