Snack cups
These snack cups are fun and easy to make for kids.
Ingredients
- Large pretzels
- Carrot sticks
- Cucumber sticks
- Celery sticks
- Cheese sticks
- Salami pieces or halved frankfurters
- Fruit chunks
- Nuts
Cheesy pineapple dip
- 1 small tin crushed pineapple drained
- 125 g cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons hummus
Instructions
- Arrange tasty treats in paper cups and serve with cheesy pineapple dip (see below).
Cheesy pineapple dip
- Whizz together crushed pineapple, drained, softened cream cheese, sour cream and hummus* (I used pumpkin & kumara) until smooth.
- *Check label if eating gluten free
Notes
The cheesy pineapple dip is a hit with kids and goes well with everything in these snack cups.
