- mango 1 x 425g can
- pineapple ½ x 400g can, drained
- strawberries 1 punnet (hulled and chopped)
- coconut milk ½ cup
- vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
- water or fruit juice ½ cup
- ice cubes 1 handful
- Place all ingredients in a blender (including the juice from the canned mango), and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
