Tropical Fruit Smoothie

This is the ultimate smoothie to get your fruit intake up – blend whatever fruit you have around, it can be any combination, fresh, canned, or frozen. This one is so refreshing and delicious and makes a great guilt-free dessert!

  • mango 1 x 425g can
  • pineapple ½ x 400g can, drained
  • strawberries 1 punnet (hulled and chopped)
  • coconut milk ½ cup
  • vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
  • water or fruit juice ½ cup
  • ice cubes 1 handful

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a blender (including the juice from the canned mango), and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
