Mango gives this smoothie a beautiful sweet tropical flavour, which is balanced by the freshness of the mint.
Kiwi add a slight sourness to this smoothie that compliments the mango, as well as a good dose of viatmin C. The avocado lends a thick and creamy taste and texture, and is a great way of getting some healthy mono-unsaturated (‘good’) fats into your diet. - ripe mango flesh of 1
- green kiwifruit flesh of 2
- avocado flesh of 1
- water 1 cup
- ice cubes 5-6
- mint leaves ½ cup
- liquid honey or apple syrup (vegan) 1-2 tablespoons
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more water if needed to achieve your desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.
