I have always been an advocate of filling most of our diet with fresh vegetables and fruits, and including at least a couple of meat-free main meals in our week. I generally eat vegetarian meals for half the week and I love creating new vegetarian and vegan recipes that even the most staunch carnivore eater loves. There is loads of research and information out there about the benefits of eating vegetarian meals and whether you are vegetarian or not I recommend experimenting with my vegetarian recipes and adding a few more meat-free meals to your table each week.
