Snack cups

These snack cups are fun and easy to make for kids.
Prep Time 20 minutes

Gluten Free, Kid Friendly

Ingredients
  

  • Large pretzels
  • Carrot sticks
  • Cucumber sticks
  • Celery sticks
  • Cheese sticks
  • Salami pieces or halved frankfurters
  • Fruit chunks
  • Nuts

Cheesy pineapple dip

  • 1 small tin crushed pineapple drained
  • 125 g cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons hummus

Instructions
 

  • Arrange tasty treats in paper cups and serve with cheesy pineapple dip (see below).

Cheesy pineapple dip

  • Whizz together crushed pineapple, drained, softened cream cheese, sour cream and hummus* (I used pumpkin & kumara) until smooth.
  • *Check label if eating gluten free

Notes

The cheesy pineapple dip is a hit with kids and goes well with everything in these snack cups.
