Toasted sesame and rosemary salt popcorn

Who doesn’t love popcorn?! I love getting creative with flavours, like this toasted sesame and rosemary salt popcorn. It’s perfect for entertaining friends or for a movie night.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon of each black and white sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • rosemary freshly chopped
  • 4 cups freshly popped corn
  • 50 g melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Make a savoury salt by toasting black and white sesame seeds until golden. Mix with celery salt and some freshly chopped rosemary.
  • Toss freshly popped corn with melted butter and sprinkle over the seed mix.

Notes

This popcorn recipe would also make for a great healthy snack to bring to work in a ziplock bag.
