Fish & Seafood Recipes


There are few things that get me more excited than when my husband brings home fresh fish that he’s been lucky enough to catch.It really is hard to beat fresh fish caught straight from the sea, that’s on your dinner plate in no more than a few hours. With seafood I generally like to keep it fresh, light and simple, as seafood has such delicate flavours. With its refreshing, zingy flavours, my Marinated Raw Fish) is one of my favourite summer time dishes. I’m also a big fan of salmon, with all it’s healthy omega-three fatty acids, and particularly love pairing it with Asian flavours (lots of those recipes here too!). It’s recommended we eat fish (including at least one serve of oily fish) twice a week because of the heart-healthy fats they contain.
