Christmas Recipes


The ‘have all things in moderation’ rule needn’t apply on Christmas day. After all, a healthy and happy relationship with food is one where you don’t feel guilty about breaking the ‘healthy eating rules’ every now and again; it’s how you eat most of the time that matters, not the special occasion over-indulgence. Many of my Christmas recipes are able to be be prepared in advance, which I love because it means less worrying on the big day and more enjoying the food and company.
